研究方向
本人长期从事IIIV族和硅基光子集成器件的研究,主要围绕未来光电集成系统中的关键光电材料、器件及其集成子系统开展研究。未来的光电集成系统最为重要的一个特点就是:其功能的丰富性无法用单一种类的材料实现,而必须异质集成多种材料,发挥各自特长才能实现。重点开展用于高速光通信网络,光互联以及量子信息系统的关键元器件,光电混合集成芯片以及集成量子光学芯片的研究。
