研究方向
1. 人工智能、机器学习的理论、方法及其硬件加速与实现技术。重点研究以卷积神经网络为代表的人工智能技术及其应用系统开发。目前实验室已完成基于AI技术的先天性白内障诊断系统、肺结节诊断系统的研究、设计与实现,取得了良好的效果。相关系统仅在训练过程中使用CPU/GPU,训练结束后,最终的系统在以FPGA为核心的硬件上实现,极大地减小了最终系统的尺寸及重量,达到了便携式使用的要求。
2. FPGA的开发技术以及专用数字集成电路与系统设计技术。重点研究如何将FPGA技术与现代通信技术、人工智能技术有机地结合,开发出各种具有实际应用价值的系统。实验室在FPGA开发领域拥有超过二十年的研发经验。
3. 现代通信技术与系统设计。重点研究5G移动通信技术与系统的设计及优化技术、物联网技术等。实验室已完成基于FPGA的Polar Code和SCMA的硬件系统设计,目前正着力研究F-OFDM的硬件实现及优化技术,以及人工智能与通信编码相结合的技术。
以上三个方向均招收学术型硕士(信息与通信工程、电子科学与技术、)、专业硕士(电子与通信工程、集成电路)、博士(通信与信息系统、电子信息工程)及博士后。
实验室研究生毕业去向:腾讯、阿里、海思半导体、平头哥、大疆、网易、英伟达、ARM、IBM、Oracle、TP-Link、中兴以及中国人民银行、招商银行等银行系统的信息技术部门。
