主要致力于面向光学测量、光计算、光传感的光电子集成芯片研究。在光电领域国际期刊上发表论文30多篇,包括Ligh: Science & Applications,Optica 等业内权威期刊,其中两篇文章入围ESI年度高引榜;研究成果被技术评估公司SOVAR评为20佳技术之一;受邀担任Photonics专题客座编辑;受邀担任光电领域顶刊Optica、Photonics Research、Optics Express、Optics Letters等文章的评审工作;受邀参加华为战略与技术研讨会(STW )2023,并进行专题报告。

1. 基于集成光电子技术的片上光学测量器件,比如片上偏振分析仪、超小型光谱仪。

2. 全片上光场调控。

3. 基于铌酸锂薄膜光电子芯片的1MHz 到1GHz 调制速度的应用研究。

4. 片上光学神经网络。
